Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotations and translation services provided by SamaTrust Legal Translation. A confirmed quotation may include additional project-specific terms.

Quotations

Prices and delivery estimates are confirmed only after reviewing the available document, language pair, complexity, formatting, intended use, and requested deadline. A preliminary estimate is not a final quotation.

Source documents

The client is responsible for providing complete and readable source material and for confirming names, dates, numbers, preferred spellings, and reference terminology where required.

Delivery timing

Work begins after confirmation of the quotation and any required payment or information. Delivery estimates may change if the source files, scope, instructions, or deadline change.

Revisions

Reasonable corrections relating to the agreed source content may be requested within the period stated in the quotation. New content, changed source documents, or changed instructions may require a revised price and delivery time.

Official acceptance

Acceptance, certification, attestation, or submission requirements can vary by authority and document type. Clients should confirm the current requirements of the receiving authority before ordering.

Limitation

Translations are prepared for the stated purpose based on the documents and instructions supplied. SamaTrust is not responsible for decisions made by third parties or authorities regarding acceptance or use.
